Couldn't recommend Harvey and the team at Checkhomes highly enough. They were able to schedule us in for an inspection the day after we requested one as we were under a time crunch, then when the seller hadn't unlocked the bottom half of the house came back a few days later to do the rest. Harvey turned around the report practically overnight, it was detailed and easy to understand and he then answered my million questions over the phone explaining everything in a way that was really helpful for us in our decision to put forward an offer.
